• Established the scientific approach for calculating the effect of HASS on product field life
• Enabled major global computer manufacturers reduce the No Fault Found – No Problem Found - No Defect Found – Could Not Duplicate issue. Costly soft/intermittent failures were found and removed
• Developed custom HALT system and fixturing, and a tailored test process for the world’s largest flat panel television and monitor manufacturer. COE’s solution permitted uniform distribution of thermal and vibration energy across the unit under test, the ability to read the product display while under test, and significantly increased throughput
• Released the most globally referenced HALT Guidelines, a definitive guide for implementing successful HALT (latest revision released 2010)

• Simplified the PCA fixturing challenge by creating a universal PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) fixturing solution that addresses most all PCA configurations
