Andy Drenick
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Drenick is a proven CEO with extensive experience in technology-based companies. He was most recently CEO & President of Inovonics Wireless, now owned by Roper Industries. Inovonics is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of wireless products for commercial security and meter reading applications. Prior to Inovonics, Mr. Drenick was in business development with American Management Systems, an IT services company. He started his career as a Design Engineer followed by roles in Engineering and Operations management. Mr. Drenick holds a BS in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, an MBA from Stanford University, and is a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
Anthony Scalese
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Anthony Scalese joined the Company in February 2000 as Corporate Controller, to oversee all accounting, finance and administrative functions. In May of 2001, Mr. Scalese was appointed Vice President of Finance and Administration and Secretary of the Company, and subsequently on March 24, 2003 appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Scalese has held various financial management positions over the past ten years in both corporate and public accounting, for companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprises and Foundation Health Systems. Mr. Scalese is an active CPA, holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Colorado State University-Pueblo and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Alan Perkins
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Perkins is a diversified sales and marketing management executive with over 20 years of start-up and large company successes. He returns to Qualmark in the same role he held from 2003 to 2006 when he delivered 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit sales growth, consistently exceeded sales targets, and made many other significant sales and marketing contributions. In the interim, Perkins directed enterprise software sales and solutions for a private technology organization focusing on Fortune 500 manufacturing organizations.
Carol Drake
Vice President of Engineering
Carol Drake has over 30 years of product test covering many aspects of product performance and reliability assessment. She holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Minnesota. She joined Qualmark in February 1997 where she has been actively involved with HALT and HASS and has held various management positions. Prior to joining Qualmark she was heavily involved with product quality and reliability assessment and was instrumental in the development of a reliability test center at Rosemount Inc..
Mark Feero
Director of Operations
Mr. Feero joined the Company as Engineering Services and Documentation Control Manager in February 2001. After bringing Qualmark product designs under control, Mr. Feero was promoted to Production Manager and quickly brought the production area into compliance with modern manufacturing practices. Mr. Feero has also brought an ISO compliant Quality System to the Company. Mr. Feero brings 20 years of engineering and manufacturing control experience to the Qualmark team. From 1982 to 2001 Mr. Feero was an integral part of the engineering, manufacturing, and management team for Fischer Imaging.
Ross Atwood
Director of Service
Ross joined Qualmark in 2008 as Director of Service. He brings extensive experience in delivering global service to industrial and commercial customers. Beginning his career in a management training program at GE, he progressed though several service management positions. He then went on to lead global service activities for two Silicon Valley semiconductor capital equipment companies, including an ATE/environmental chamber manufacturer. Resident in Colorado for the past 15 years, Ross has had service business management roles for global data storage solution providers. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA from the University of Chicago, along with recent Lean Six Sigma process improvement certification.
