Application Support

(Email/Phone Non-Equipment HALT/HASS Assistance)
Sometimes you need to speak with an expert on the process of HALT and HASS testing - an unexpected result occurred, issues with proper fixturing, or perhaps test guidance is needed. Qualmark's Professional Services group provides email and phone support on an hourly basis to help sort out issues. Application Support provides access to Qualmark experts on a "pay as you go" basis and is ideal for customers who are experienced HALT/HASS practitioners, but need quick problem solving assistance. Professional Services

Qualmark Professional Services provides crucial training, implementation assistance, technical know-how, project management, test auditing services, and consulting engagements specific to any customer need. Popular programs include HALT Boot Camps, Best Practices training, how to move from HALT to HASS, HASS Fixturing development, and a wide variety of on-site customized assistance. Education

Qualmark offers a variety of educational services designed to help expand knowledge of accelerated reliability testing. Free online webinars are conducted throughout the year featuring industry leading experts on HALT, HASS, HASA, and accelerated reliability. Qualmark's Professional Services group holds regional seminars, presents at industry shows and is available for custom on-site training. Check our Events page for the updated calendar.

Qualmark also offers a Qualmark Certified Training (QCT) education program. This program provides in depth training in specific HALT/HASS disciplines. A trainee that successfully completes a QCT program is awarded Qualmark Certification in that discipline, providing a tangible and recognized confirmation of their skills.

Web Based Education (WBE) is also a popular option for Qualmark customers whose systems are geographically disbursed or who need to bring new-hires up to speed fast. These self-paced online classes meet the same standards for content excellence and expert instruction offered by Qualmark’s Professional Services group.
